“Place” (makom)
Messer’s guide lines to planning philosophy are to create a place in which the connection between context (Environment), people and spirit is paramount. This notion of place (“makom” – god) is at the heart of the Jewish religion. These three elements are the foundation of the design concept in the process of creating “a place”. In each project Messer Architects is striving to create a special spirit and inspiration for the “place”, where people will find something else. We have been designing projects with these guidelines for over 30 years.
